Zephlinear Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (in accordance with our return policy).

We offer a return and refund policy in the event your product is faulty on arrival.

To apply for a refund please notify us of the fault within 24hrs of receipt of the product (photographic evidence may be required) to sales@zephlinear.com

If Zephlinear Ltd is satisfied that the product is faulty we will ask you to return it to us (by signed delivery) to the address below within 5 working days of the date of original delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that the return postage is payable by the customer.
