Zephlinear™ is an innovative family of brands that work hand in hand to sustainably revolutionise the future of textiles.

ZEPHLINEAR™ BY FOYSE

Our new, ground-breaking class of textile created by Sonia Reynolds. Unlike traditional woven or knitted materials which are made by the interloping or interfacing of yarn, Zephlinear is created by an innovative technique known as Fibre on yarn surface entanglement (or FOYSE).

ZEPHLINEAR COUTURE

Our beautiful range of couture garments are crafted from all-natural fibres using a range of luxurious wools including lambs, merino, alpaca and British as well as mohair and silk mix.

Each bespoke piece is handmade in Nottingham and innovatively designed using our Zephlinear™ by Foyse technique.

FABTANGLE BY ZEPHLINEAR

Perfect for fibre artists or anyone with an interest in art and design. The Fabtangle technology offers a pioneering technique to entangle fibre fast. As a company focused on textile innovation we constantly look to see how we can improve current manufacturing technology and techniques. it’s our passion!

Currently fibre within the field of craft is entangled by either needling felting or wet felting. These processors are then used to create beautiful works of art, fashions or 3D textiles. Both methods are time consuming which can be a stain if your passion lies within the actual designing process. Fabtangle offers a third solution to entangle fibre by using a patent pending unique grid fibre fix technique. This novel method shortens the entangling process which allows creatives more time to do what they love which is to design and deliver!

ZEPHLINEAR EDUCATION

We are passionate about innovation in textiles and work to support and inspire people of all levels to develop their knowledge and skills, with a specific focus on nurturing the next generation of emerging talent into the industry.

We do this through a range of initiatives including workshops, talks and tutorials with our ultimate aim of adding the science, technique and art of ZEPHLINEAR™ BY FOYSE to the national curriculum.
